Ackmode helps clinics, studios and appointment-based professionals confirm bookings by WhatsApp without chasing replies. We are not a marketplace or a giant CRM: we are a practical layer for reminders, reply detection and appointment status.
Why Ackmode exists
We see the same pattern in many appointment-based businesses: reception confirms by WhatsApp, someone asks to reschedule, another person replies late, and the real schedule status gets buried in chat threads.
Ackmode exists to remove that friction without asking you to replace your whole workflow. The product sends reminders, understands natural replies such as “confirmed” or “I need to reschedule”, and updates a dashboard for each business.
We are early and prefer to be clear about it. The 30-day trial is a guided request: we review each case, activate the ones that fit and use those first demos to polish the product against real problems.
The goal is for each centre to connect WhatsApp by QR, configure professionals, schedules, appointment types and reminders from the panel. Today we stay closer to the first customers that fit.
