The solution
We built two systems that work in parallel. The first sends automatic WhatsApp reminders 72h and 24h before each appointment, with a direct confirmation link. If a patient does not confirm within 12h, the team receives an alert. The second monitors Google 24/7, auto-responds to positive reviews with AI and sends a draft for approval on negative ones. A post-treatment flow automatically requests a review from satisfied patients.
